QUICK & EASY RECIPE

Savory Salmon with Honey Soy Glaze

Ingredients

  • Fresh Salmon
  • Cole Slaw Mix
  • Lemons
  • Honey or Hot Honey
  • Soy Sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic

Instructions

  1. Season salmon with salt, pepper and garlic.
  2. Grill on stove stop 5-6 minutes per side (depending on thickness.)
  3. On a small plate line cole slaw mix.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, mix together soy sauce and a squeeze of honey (hot honey if your feeling spicy!)
  5. Once fish is cooked, place it on top of the cole slaw mix.
  6. Place three cut lemons on the fish.
  7. Pour the glaze over top.
  8. Pair with McManis Chardonnay!
