- Website: Click the Sign Up button on the home page. Fill out the form, and click Sign Up.
- Mobile: Download the Lucky Supermarkets mobile app from the app store. Click the More button in the bottom right-hand corner. Click Sign In, then click the Sign Up button. Fill out the form, and click Sign Up.
- Store: Ask an employee for assistance.

What if I need to change or forgot my password?
- From the website, select Login and Go. From the mobile app, click More in the bottom right-hand corner, then click Sign In.
- Select Change or Forgot Password.
- Enter either the email associated with your account and click Get Code.
- Leave the window open (website).
- In another browser window check your email associated with you account for the authentication code (6 digit number).
- On the website window, enter the authentication code from the email and new password.

How do I download the Mobile App?
Visit the Apple iTunes or Google Play App store. Search for Lucky Supermarkets. Download the app.

What are push notifications?
Push notifications are messages that pop up on your mobile device. Push notifications alert you to special promotions, sales, and other important events.
Why should I turn on push notifications?
Make sure to turn push notifications on to receive time sensitive alerts. These notifications will alert you of special promotions, sales, and other important events.
How do I turn push notifications on/off from my mobile phone?
Go to settings on your mobile device. Under notifications you can select the Lucky Supermarkets. Then turn on alerts. Refer to your phone instructions for more details on turning on notifications.
I turned on my notifications but haven't received any, why?
Make sure you have the latest version of the Lucky Supermarkets app. Check your app store for updates and update if needed.
I am having issues with the website loading/accessing my Rewards information.

What are Rewards?
Reward items may include discounts, free product or specific item offers on a limited or rotating basis. Reward values and the terms of each offer may vary. Points can be converted to rewards by logging onto the Website or the Program’s mobile application and selecting a reward for which a participant has sufficient earned points to claim a reward item and redeeming at the appropriate participating store.
Do Points and Rewards expire?
Points expire on the last day of the third month from the date of purchase. Example: If you shopped on January 13th, your points will expire on March 31st. Or, it could be worded as, Any points earned in the month of January will expired on last day of March.
Rewards will expire 30 days from the day it is selected. If I use my points to select a $5 off Reward on September 10th. I have 30 days to use it. So the Reward will expired on October 10th.
How do I view, load and redeem Rewards?
To view, load, and redeem Rewards log into your account via the web or mobile device.
Go to My Rewards (online) or Lucky You Rewards (mobile device). Select Rewards. Here you can view all available Rewards. Click the plus mark to add a Reward to your account. Note: You must have enough points to select a Reward. Confirm your section. To redeem a Reward that is dollars off your next purchase, simply enter your phone number at checkout. The Reward will come off your transaction. For item and gift card purchases, select the item or gift card the next time you shop and enter your phone number at checkout. Rewards must be redeemed (picked-up) within thirty (30) days of conversion (or such time as set-forth in a given offer) or the reward will expire.
What are Offers?
Offers are Special promotions for discounts on products, bonus points, and other promotional offerings on a limited or rotating basis. Offer values and the terms of each offer may vary. Offers can be added to your account by logging onto the Website or the Program’s mobile application and selecting Offers, redeeming at the appropriate participating store. Offers must be loaded to an account before they can be redeemed in-store.
Do Offers Expire?
Offers have varying expiration dates. Please see see each offer for details on expiration dates.
How do I view, load and redeem Offers?
To view, load, and redeem Offers log into your account via the web or mobile device.
Go to My Rewards (online) or Lucky You Rewards (mobile device). Select Offers. Here you can view all available Offers. Click the plus mark to add an Offer to your account. To redeem an Offer: select the item with the offer and at checkout simply enter your phone number. The Offer will be applied to your transaction. Offers must be redeemed (picked-up) within the promotional time, as set-forth in a given offer, or the Offer will expire.
What purchases are excluded from the program?
Points will not be earned on the following products or categories of products: Alcohol, tobacco, stamps, phone/pre-paid cards/ gift cards, money orders/transfers, event tickets, transportation passes, lottery tickets, charitable donations, pseudoephedrine or ephedrine products, prescriptions, health tests, contact lenses or other pharmacy items or other products or services that may be excluded. This list may be modified from time to time without advance notice to Program participants.
