You’ll still get 10¢ off per gallon for every 100 points earned through Lucky Rewards at participating Shell® stations – up to 20 gallons per fill-up.
However, you won’t receive additional savings from Fuel Rewards® Tier Status or other Shell partner offers (like dining or online shopping), and your fill-ups won’t count toward earning Platinum status.
When you start a fuel transaction at a participating Shell® station, we place a temporary hold on
100 points in your Lucky Rewards account to secure your 10¢ off per gallon discount.
If your fuel purchase is successful, the 100 points will be applied and deducted from your account balance.
If the transaction is canceled or doesn’t go through, the points will be released back to your account shortly after.
You’ll see the full point balance again once everything is processed. This is just part of making sure your fuel savings are ready when you need them.
After enrolling and linking your Lucky Rewards account, it may take up to 5 minutes for the system to update. Once active, your fuel savings will apply automatically at the pump when you enter your phone number.
