Instead of "Going on a diet", I like to call it, "Changing your diet". Studies have shown that going on fad diets or skipping meals only work temporarily, and most people end up gaining their weight back, plus about 10 percent, if the diet tastes bad and doesn’t satisfy you, you probably won’t stick to it. Start your new diet lifestyle, by eating well balanced, small portion meals. Adding exercise to your lifestyle will also help you lose weight and will give you many other health benefits. Always talk to your doctor first for any health related concerns.
