A side of bread is the a great way to refresh a family-favorite meal.

1. Preheat oven to 375°. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick baking spray. In large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Stir in raisins and caraway seeds.

sharp knife, cut 1/2-inch-deep “X” in top center of dough. Bake 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Transfer bread to wire rack to cool slightly. Serve warm or cool completely. Makes one (8-inch) round loaf.
