Use your Thanksgiving turkey leftovers for a sweet side dish.
Mix together turkey, grapes, celery, cashews, onions and parsley.
Blend mayonnaise, sherry, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper to make the dressing.
Combine dressing with salad and toss gently to mix well.
Chill until ready to serve.
Garnish with additional cashews if desired.
Serving suggestion: Place salad on a lettuce leaves. Substitute roasted turkey or chicken for smoked turkey if you prefer. If possible, dress the salad at the last minute to keep the celery and cashews crunchy.
