Heighten the flavor of your dish with this quick and easy relish.


1 bag (12 ounces) fresh cranberries (3 cups)
1 jar (12 ounces) orange marmalade (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup packed Sunny Select Light Brown Sugar
2 teaspoons orange zest
1/2 teaspoon allspice


Prep: 5 minutes plus chilling

Makes: about 2-2/3 cups


In food processor with knife blade attached, pulse all ingredients until cranberries are finely chopped. Transfer relish to serving bowl; cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or up to 3 days.
