Ingredients

Roadhouse Herb Butter

1/2 cup Sunnyside Farms Unsalted Butter, softened
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon Sunny Select Italian Salad Dressing
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Rancher Garlic Steak Seasoning

1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon EACH ground cayenne pepper AND onion powder

Steaks

6 Master Cut Beef Boneless Sirloin Steaks
5 teaspoons Filippo Berio Olive Oil

Preparation

Prepare Roadhouse Herb Butter: In medium bowl, with mixer at high speed, beat butter 3 to 4 minutes or until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and beat on low speed until well combined.

Prepare Rancher Garlic Steak Seasoning: In small bowl, combine all ingredients.

Prepare Steaks: Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. Coat all sides of steaks with oil and seasoning mixture. Place steaks on hot grill rack. Cook 12 to 16 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145° for medium-rare, turning once. Serve steaks topped with herb butter.
